Using Augmented Reality to Track the Interaction of two 3D Printed Models

Today, New Scientist’s Paul Marks published an interesting article including a C&EN video about Arthur Olson, professor at The Scripps Research Institute, who demonstrates how he uses an augmented reality custom-made software called AutoDock to track the interaction of 3D printed models of an enzyme (HIV protease monomer) and a drug molecule that inhibits the enzyme.
